ITCC AGM & Elections – 24th April 2017

SUBJECT: IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS OF ITCC FOR AGM & ELECTIONS 2017
Dear Esteemed Members

This is a gentle reminder about the upcoming AGM and Election tomorrow, 24th April 2017.
 

Kindly Note :

1. The registration for the AGM will be 6.30 pm – 7.30 pm. In order to fulfill the quorum, we sincerely request our valued members to be on time so that we can start the AGM on time.

2. Please bring your valid Photo ID.(ID provided by Thailand official authorities or Indian Passport).

3. Only ONE representative per Ordinary Member Company is allowed.

4. Upon verification of the photo ID with the name of registered representative of the ordinary members, only that representative would be allowed and would have access to the voting process. He would be provided the ballot paper, provided he is present in person, during the election time on 24th April 2017. Please note that no Proxy is permitted as per Constitution.
 
Dinner would be served after AGM.

ITCC’s upcoming AGM and Election will be held on 24th April 2017 at ITCC Convention Hall. The registration starts from 06.30 pm.

As the sectorial members’ list as well as the ITCC constitution list are quite long, we have put the lists on our website, at the same time being environment friendly as well.
We request all members to use these documents/information for internal use only and judiciously.

ITCC Past Presidents Meeting – 23rd February 2017

IMT Motor Rally 2016 co-hosted & organized by India Thai Chamber Of Commerce

India Myanmar Thailand Friendship Motor Car Rally, which started from New Delhi culminated in Bangkok on 2 December, 2016. The rally was received by Representatives of Bangkok Metropolitan Authority, by Ambassador of India to Thailand HE Bhagwant Singh Bishnoi, Executive Directors and Treasurer Of India-Thai Chamber of Commerce with various other functionaries at 5:00 pm followed by dinner for the participants.
The Rally has covered approximately 5722 kms, 19 days with 20 cars, 55 participants, including 6 Thai nationals.

Condolence Prayer Meeting at ITCC for HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our beloved King of Thailand,
HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

ITCC paid homage to the King of Thailand who remains as the longest reigning Monarch of the world and the father of the nation.

Members of ITCC, All Indian Associations in Thailand and Indian Diaspora in Thailand are got together to pay their respects to the pride and strength of the Nation – HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej at the Indian – Thai Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, 20th October 2016, ITCC Convention Hall at 5pm .

As members of Indian diaspora in Thailand, India Thai chamber of commerce recognize that it is important for all members of the community to come together to celebrate the life of His Majesty and to have a chance to pay our respects.

On Thursday 20th Oct 2016 from 5 pm to 7 pm, members of India Thai Chamber of commerce, All Indian Associations and Indian Diaspora in Thailand had a  get together for “Prayer meet” at ITCC function hall to pay respect to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

We took time to reflect on His Majesty’s significant achievements and the values he lived his life by. We then marked his passing with a period of silence, followed by chanting by Buddhist monks and then multi religious prayers by Indian Communities living in Thailand.

H.E. Shri Bhagwant S. Bishnoi, Ambassador of India to Thailand and Senior officials from the Embassy of India had joined us for the occasion.
We Thank you all for attending the Prayer Meeting & request you all to share information and support this joint initiative of Indian diaspora in Thailand and show our solidarity with the Thai people and the nation.

The book of condolence at the prayer meet for you to sign, is handed over to Royal Household Bureau / Government house, on behalf of the Indian community living in Thailand.
