Swati Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State for NRI, Government of UP. Other members of the delegation are Shri Dnyaneshwar M. Mulay, Secretary (CPV & OIA) and Joint Secretary (Overseas Indian Affairs-II), Ministry of External Affairs – India.
