The Interactive Session will be held on Tuesday 17th April 2018 at Ballroom 2, Floor 1, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Wattana, Bangkok, Thailand, starting from 14.00-15.00 PM. Please note the occasion will be graced by the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand State of India. Uttrakhand is a small Himalayan State located about 350 Kms from New Delhi. It has a population of 10 million and an area that is 1/10th of Thailand. The mountain climate of Uttrakhand has helped it emerge as a leading producer of fruits and non-seasonal vegetables. It is ranked #1 in productions of pears, peaches & plums, #2 in walnuts and #3 in apples amongst all States of India. The other major crops are basmati rice, wheat, coarse cereals, groundnuts, soya beans, sugarcane, pulsed and oil seeds. Uttarakhand has almost all major climate zones and 175 rare species of aromatic and medicinal plants.
