Message from H.E. Mrs. Suchitra Durai, Ambassador of India to Thailand.

India Thai Chamber of Commerce (ITCC) has a long history of promoting India-Thailand trade and investment relations and has played a stellar role in further strengthening economic and commercial relations of India and Thailand. Since its inception in 1974, ITCC has been proactive and one of the most successful foreign business chambers involved with India.

I understand that ITCC has in its recent initiatives reached out to Chambers of ASEAN and BRICS countries in Bangkok and organized seminars on “India ASEAN: Trade Relations & Way to Enhance Cooperation” and “BRICS Panel Discussion & Networking Event”. These events have been well received by other Chambers. I have also been to ITCC’s renovated convention hall which has excellent facilities and the newly established SME/Start-up cell. ITCC has been regularly facilitating many visiting Indian delegations as they seek avenues for investment and opportunities for joint-ventures.

The Embassy of India in Bangkok and ITCC have been working in close association to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries. Embassy of India in Bangkok will be happy to continue to work with ITCC for augmenting India-Thailand business and investment relations. I convey my best wishes to ITCC on its future endeavors.
