Dining Area / Long Room

A comfortable dining and meeting space, ideal for informal gatherings, meals, and business conversations in a relaxed setting.

Rental Rates

  • Half-Day (up to 4 hours): THB 3,000
  • Full-Day (up to 8 hours): THB 5,000

Additional Hours

An overtime fee of THB 750 per hour will be applied for usage beyond the allocated time.

Dining Area Rental Includes

  • Dining area usage
  • Tables and chairs
  • Access to basic dining setup
  • Up to 2 microphones (upon request)

Additional Charges

Tablecloth rental:

  • Round & rectangular tablecloths: 3 pieces for THB 100
  • Additional pieces: THB 30 per cloth

Chair covers:

  • THB 10 per chair (minimum 10 covers)

Please note that renters are responsible for arranging their own food, snacks, coffee, and tea. ITCC does not provide catering services for the above rates.

Important Notes

50% payment is required at least 7 days prior to the booking date.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
  • No items may be attached or affixed to walls or furnishings.
  • Failure to comply may result in penalties.

Remarks

  • ITCC Members are entitled to a 20% discount on the standard rental rates.
