Rental Rates

  • Half-Day (up to 4 hours): THB 7,000
  • Full-Day (up to 8 hours): THB 11,000

Additional Hours

An overtime fee of THB 1,200 per hour will be applied for usage beyond the allocated time.

Additional Charges

Maid and operator services are required and will be charged as follows:

  • Half-Day: THB 500 per person
  • Full-Day: THB 1,000 per person

Tablecloth rental:

  • Round & rectangular tablecloths: 3 pieces for THB 100
  • Additional pieces: THB 30 per cloth

Chair covers:

  • THB 10 per chair (minimum 10 covers)

Please note that renters are responsible for arranging their own food, snacks,coffee, and tea. ITCC does not provide catering services for the above rates.

Hall Rental Includes

  • Main hall usage
  • Capacity for up to 300 guests
  • Tables and chairs
  • Dining room access
  • Up to 5 microphones
  • Projector and screen
  • HDMI and VGA cables for laptop connection (audio and projection)

Important Notes

  • ITCC does not provide laptops.
  • Connection to the sound system is limited to laptops only. Other devices, such as musical instruments and mobile phones, are not permitted.
  • No items may be attached or affixed to walls or furnishings.
    • Failure to comply may result in penalties.
  • 50% payment is required at least 7 days prior to the booking date.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

Remarks

  • ITCC Members are entitled to a 20% discount on the standard rental rates.
