Meeting Room (1st Floor)

A private and well-equipped meeting space, ideal for small group discussions, presentations, and business meetings.

Rental Rates

  • Flat Rate (up to 4 hours): THB 1,500

Additional Hours

An overtime fee of THB 500 per hour will be applied for usage beyond the allocated time.

Meeting Room Rental Includes

  • Meeting room usage
  • Capacity for up to 12 persons
  • Tables and chairs
  • Projector and screen
  • HDMI cable for laptop connection (audio and projection)

Additional Charges

Maid and operator services (mandatory)

  • Half-Day: THB 500 per person
  • Full-Day: THB 1,000 per person

Please note that renters are responsible for arranging their own food, snacks, coffee, and tea. ITCC does not provide catering services for the above rates.

Important Notes

  • ITCC does not provide laptops.
  • Only laptops may be connected to the projector. Other devices are not supported.

Remarks

  • ITCC Members are entitled to a 20% discount on the standard rental rates.
