SME Room Rental Rates

  • Daily Rate: THB 500
  • Weekly Rate: THB 2,500
  • Monthly Rate: THB 10,000

Important Notes

Full payment (100%) is required at least 7 days prior to the booking date.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

No items may be attached or affixed to walls or furnishings.

Failure to comply may result in penalties.

Remarks

  • ITCC Members are entitled to a 20% discount on the above rates.
